Two major challenges today Health care leaders face
As competition is increasing the health care industries so companies has to face critiques, ethical dilemmas and level of care for the customer. Whereas, problem with health care are common one of them is the building and sustaining the health care work force:
As the increase in population day by day, the generation of the baby boomer is increasing and which need a good health care because environment is getting more disturbed than ever because of the ozone layers and increasing technology lead to waste in productions. The biggest challenge for the health care leader would be to uphold the efficient staff which can take care very well of the ill ones. The strategies should be maintained by leaders like motivation, good packages and giving the employee training, as the healthcare employee also got exhausted by the everyday environment, so it is good to provide them with some dinner in any good restaurant or offere them to enjoy picnics.
The other challenge is to maintain the proper quality along with the hyginene environment, many of the healthcare institutes and organizations are criticized because of their impure and filthy environment, lack of maintanence of equipments which leads to leave bad impact on people and also because more health related issues to the people who are surviving. Immediate measure is necessary for the management in order to take care of the people.

The third step is to precise the pool which have been developed and then select the best employees having preferred profile. The fourth step is to make the selected person explain about the role of his job, position in the company and his role.
In any company, not only healthcare organization but also different organizations in its specific life have to face the problem related to unionization. As for the employee perspective they get better, salary then the employee who is not a member of nonunion, and here management faces the problem.Ptoblem is that the employees who are members of unions are offered with more benefits then, who are not part of union.
