The body responds to exercising with production of endorphins that alleviates the mood and thus is involved in overall mental well-being of an individual. Recently it has been reported that a good muscular body can be developed at any age, and there are no limitations as per the age of an individual. A healthy heart and healthy muscular system can thus increase the quality and the life expectancy on an individual, as well.
Thus, from a scientific point of view one can evidently say that if muscular mass built from exercising and a healthy balanced diet is a very good indicator of health. Therefore, muscle bulk can easily indicate the fitness level of an individual.
