The History of Quality Management
The roots of quality management can be traced back to the middle ages where skilled workers were responsible for evaluating and inspecting work completed by apprentices and journeymen to ensure the set quality standards were achieved in all aspects of the final product. This was done to ensure that customers were always satisfied with the product quality.
