On the one hand some people think that his killer, Robert Zimmerman, is guilty of a crime, and on the other hand there are those that think he is only guilty of poor judgment. The case has taken on racial overtones, due to Martin being black and Zimmerman labeled a “White Hispanic.” A large segment of the population believes the executive branch must intervene, and Zimmerman should be retried and found guilty of something.
