I have only been teaching for one and a half year having graduated from Georgia Southern University in May of 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and a minor in Child and Family Development. I began teaching at a high school in Southeastern Georgia which had about 1,800 students. I taught Family and Consumer Science, Technical and Agricultural Education, Human Growth and Development. This class fed into another teacher’s classes, so students can complete the pathway. I enjoyed teaching because of the exposure.
