Abstract
There are many different components of wellness that can be researched and analyzed to investigate the influence of wellness on the use of alcohol. These components include physical fitness, mental/emotional wellness, social well-being, and environmental wellness. Each of these components has different influences on the use of alcohol and can be used to help people struggling with alcohol use disorders.
