I have leant about the anatomy of fear that it comprises of physical factors, emotional factors, an closely held ideas. Fear is in fact reaction or response to an idea. I have learnt that we fear from some things, but they do not come or pass in the same way as we imagined. Further, I have learnt about services marketing, in which 4 P’s are worth considering, but I came to know about 3 more P’s, which play an effective role in services marketing. The 4 P’s are Product, Place, Price, and Promotion, and three more P’s are processes, physical environment, and people. So, in total there are 7 P’s in services marketing. Price indicates cost of a thing, product indicates the thing that an individual buy, place represents the distribution channels, and the location where thing can be purchased, promotion indicates learning of customers regarding what they buy, processes are the activities that are used in order to deliver and create service elements, physical environment comprises of construction and design of place that provides experience of service, and people are essential part of experience about the service, as they have capability of exerting their impact on the sale of product. All these P’s in combination with each other paves the way to moments of truth. Moment of truth indicates a moment when an individual buy a thing, uses or tries something. However, moment of truth is effective as it gives delight to the user. There are some memorable services, and they can be described in terms of a theatre, which has a stage, actors, and story. Memorable services create positive impact in the mind of customer. Further, all services are not equal as there is an element of high engagement and low engagement.
Moreover, I have learnt about the fist maxim, which is about saying yes. In order to extemporize, yes is a most powerful and effective word. Saying yes is effectual as it prevents from blocking, which is a method of controlling the situation rather than accepting it. With saying no, blocking is enabled. Saying yes helps in removing technique of blocking from personal associations or relationships. One can have its desired results with approach of saying yes. Solution of majority of problems can be found out just by saying yes because it ensure positivity and constructively. Agreeing on something helps in developing positive attitude, and provides positive direction. Following and adopting affirmative response encourages positive things to happen in life. There are many negative images that are surrounding us, but we have to adopt positive attitude in order to live a healthy and peaceful life. Positive images, new things, and constructive environment can only be made when we learn to say yes. This is because saying yes guides us about the right path, gives accurate direction regarding situation, and also teaches us about the right thing in the offer that is given to us. Basically, it teaches us optimism, and helps us in remaining positive and optimistic. It is not possible to say yes on everything and every time. However, it is also a fact that saying yes does not eliminate problems, and guarantee success on consistent basis, but it is effective as it assists an individual to adopt a constructive approach that is necessary for leading life in an effective manner.
