List the five achievements in your work life of which you are proudest and describe the unique role you played in bringing about a successful outcome.
Achievement 1: Best departmental report of the year

Achievement 5: Always achieving my goals.
This is so because once I have set my mind to do something, I always want to get the best out of it and therefore I can go to great lengths in order to achieve them
Factor 4: Rational Thought process
Clarifying problems (4)
The organization had been faced with the issue of marketing and exploring newer grounds in regard to the clientele. I tried explaining to my bosses and the general manager why it had been hard to reach our goals by clarifying to them the major impediments that had halted our initial plans.
Evaluation alternatives (4)
I presented to the management a report where I compared the plans that we were working on and those that we intended to pursue in an effort of reaching out to a wider clientele.
General Solutions (2)
I will research widely and introduce new techniques as well as consulting my colleagues in the department so as to come up with the best solutions.
Testing ideas (1)
I am not always keen on putting to test abstract ideas into action but now, I know that these are the ideas that lead to innovations. I will always try out something new as long as it is meant to boost performance and returns but of course after I have widely consulted in order to get the support of my colleagues and bosses.
Determining outcomes (3)
Evaluate and project my energies on positive outcomes and work hard in attaining only that.
Factor 5: Maturity

Work experience- I have been able to achieve much than many of my age mates have not achieved. This is seen through my appointments to chair departmental meetings as well as lead my colleagues in many office duties, some of those that I lead are much older than I am.
Family experience- I have made major investments and saving decisions as a measure to safeguard my future as well as the future of my family.
Social experience- I have always responded to experiences in an appropriate manner depending on who I am engaged with at every instance. For instance, I had to work hard in order to get good grades in school not because I needed to impress anyone but because I looked the whole scenario like a lifelong challenge and experience that could affect me in society in the long run, the outcome could affect me in fifty years time.

Strategy- Have a good cotton handkerchief to wipe the sweat and also talk to myself, to reassure myself that all will be well and that I can handle it just like any other situation.
Reaction 2: Stammering
Strategy- Focus on the right answers and deliver them candidly.
Reaction 3: Anxiety
Strategy- Remind myself that an interview is just like any other life experience and choose to focus on the job and the fruits it’s going to bear and not the challenge
Incidents where I handled stress well
- I had been given a report to do and needed to present it in the shortest time possible. It did not matter that I had a few hours to do it but I managed and handed it in on time.
- I was requested to do a presentation that I had not prepared for but I managed to do it and was commended for a job well done.
- A computer crashed just about when I was to hand in an assignment that I had been given to do and I had to redo it from scratch. It weighed me down because I had a deadline to beat.
