Summary The study is based on the basis that large infrastructure projects, like the proposed Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC), are essential drivers of the state economy and have significant implications for attaining low-carbon expansion goals. The intention of the study is based on whether the DFC project would concurrently support sustainable development, reduce freight traffic, and decrease carbon releases.
