Abstract
In this paper, we focus on the code of ethics of two counseling organizations. These organizations are; the American Counseling Association and the second one the American Association of Christian Counselors. Our focus is to examine the code of ethics and then come up with their similarities and differences. This is done generally for the entire codes of ethics in section one. Later in section two, we major in three diverse areas of competence, fee, and sexual intimacies in the counseling profession.
