This article provides a discussion on the issues and impacts of coastal tourism evaluating the current environmental related affairs and issues regarding the future of tourism. In the conclusion, the article provides suggestions for the management of coastal tourism in the future. The article begins with the recognition of the increased awareness for improving sustainable forms of tourism.
