A moment in life comes, when a person starts to attend school, university, to have a job, and it is all natural, bringing people closer to each other in a group, giving so many positive and unforgettable emotions and feeling. But with the time, a person can gradually become tired of the same, every day environment, and that is when a good rest is preferable.
I remember me having my first vacation with my parents in the mountains. I was turning 12 and was attending middle school at the time. By the end of a school year I recall to be completely exhausted somehow, having difficulty with waking up to school every morning, attending sports team or basically doing anything; each of my usual activities was met with apathy and ignorance.
That is when my father decided to take whole family for 4 days into the mountains. Having had no experience of spending time in such a way I was, of course, excited to make this trip. We have packed everything we might need in that trip, put ourselves into the car and drove off. When we got there I was astonished by the whole beauty that mountains possess, but it was not the end. When the first night came was the time when I realized that mountains is one of the most wonderful places on Earth, especially those huge shining stars, that stay so unnoticeable in the city.
And surely, the everyday activities in the mountains are of great interest and fun. Sleeping in a sleeping bag, on a bare ground in a tent, experience all of the weather’s mood changes (temperature, wind, rain), and specifically night fires and cooking on fire was an experience that cannot be forgotten. And even though I went there with my parents, it is still my favorite vacation. Those 4 days turned out to be more than enough to give me strength and positive emotions to continue on doing my usual things.
We all might experience tiredness and exhaustion from our activities, but when the moment comes all we need to get back in shape is a good rest, good sleep, good vacation, if is possible at the time. It not only lets you to relax and have the time of your own, but also brings strong positive emotions, that give you that power to continue pushing through.
