This proposal is in response to the RFP for Bradley Division Development Council (BDDC) annual conference. BDDC is a 2 days conference expected to be held on 6-8 July. We would like to introduce our conference facilities at Park Hyatt Hotel Toronto for hosting the respective conference. Park HyattHotel Toronto is famous for its comfortable environment and sophisticated setting. It is among the finest classic hotels of the world. Park Hyatt Hotel Toronto has hosted a wide range of events, meetings and conferences and has got wonderful feedback. Our hotel would fulfill all the needs of the BDDC conference by providing comfortable meeting rooms to accommodate 80-120 attendees easily and also by providing other business needs such as copying, faxing, printing and wireless internet facility.
Statement of Purpose
Park Hyatt Toronto Hotel has comprehensive meeting packages which provide classic accommodation, great service and amazing meal course.It will be a matter of honor for us to host the upcoming BDCC annual conference. We will be providing a comprehensive conference package from Sunday-Tuesday including cocktail reception on Sunday evening and world class lunch cuisine for lunch on Monday and Tuesday. To make this conference a comfortable experience for the attendees, our hotel will be providing accommodations and transportation facilities throughout the conference period. During the continuation of the conference activities, our staff will be careful handling the management and providing unforgettable services to the attendees. Park Hyatt Toronto has gained global popularity and this is the reason that businessmen keep visiting it again and again. The classic environment and sophisticated services of our hotel are matchless and that is why it will be the perfect choice for the upcoming BDDC conference.
Summary of RFP Requirements
We will provide a careful plan to meet all the requirements of the conference participants. A conference package having tremendous facilities that can target all the needs of the attendees will be offered. The needs that will be focused are availability of meeting rooms which can accommodate 120 attendees comfortably. Breakfast and lunch services during the course of conference. Conference center should be fully equipped with advanced microphones and Audio/Video systems. Wireless internet needsto be available 24 hrs openly to all attendees. Information about the nearby hotels is required to be available for attendees. Moreover, business facilities such as printing, faxing, copying and office supply to all the people are required during the conference.Parking as well as recreational plans is required to make this conference a memorable experience for attendees.

Queen's Park Ballroom is expanded on 2,488 square feet space and can accommodate 80-120 people easily. Conference venue will put everlasting impression on the attendees.
Dining and Cuisine
The Park Hyatt Toronto hotel provides corporate catering and unforgettable meal courses to the conference and meeting attendees. Deluxe dining services of the hotel will surely leave an unforgettable impression on your attendees. Our hotel will provide award winning cuisine by our executive chef Monfaredi. We will be providing a variety of breakfast and lunches & buffets having a blend of seafood, meat, pastas, traditional recipes and regional dishes during the 2 day conference.
The Park Hyatt Toronto hotel has 24 hours IT facility where fully trained IT professionals will be taking care of your business needs. To make the conference experience more memorable, we will be organizing an off-site dining on Monday for all the attendees of the conference. Hour as well as the overnight parking facility will also be provided at the hotel. The Park Hyatt Toronto hotel has several recreational places in walking distance which can be attractive for the tourists who travelled from far for the conference.
