The domain model that was used
In the design of a domain model that would ensure that there was maximum security, there is a need to ensure that there is maximum security for the domains. The security of the domains help in the design principles so that security can be achieved. It is important to understand what needs to be achieved and what needs to be enhanced in the design aspects of the domains. In the previous experiments the domain model that was used was master domain model. The use of this domain model was not the best choice for the design of the model that would ensure that there is security. The use of single domain model did not give a chance to have centralized security mechanisms for the design of the whole domain. It important to understand this concept while designing the domains (Schaumont, & Verbauwhede, 2003).
Subnets affect the way domains are designed in that they offer many ways in which the domains can be subdivided. Different subnets can be designed to have different domains. With this, there will be better security in the network. The use of different subnets will make it easy to have different network credentials and will make the security of the subnets to be safe. With the use of different subnets, it will be easy to create domains that will be associated with the different subnets. This means that a subnet will be created for a domain model. Another way in which this will be affected is the size of the subnets. Bigger subnets will mean that having a domain that will have fewer users. It is better and easier to have strategy where the domain that will have many users will be used for general purpose domains while the domains which will have few users will have smaller subnets and will be used for administrative purposes. With this, it is clear that subnets will aid in the design of the domain models. It is important to understand how this is done (Lédeczi et al., 2001).
Security of different security model
Domain model will affect the way security will be handled. By implementing a different domain model, there will be an improved security of the domain. One way in which this is possible is that there will be the use of multiple domain models. With this, there will be the implementation of different security details and procedures to the different domains. There will also be the implementation of different access rights to the users and administrators (Coron, 2000).
Improving of the domain name system
One way in which the domain name systems can be improved is to have different subdomaisn for different business units. This way the naming system of the domain will be efficient ad security will be achieved. The security of the different business units will be improved as each business unit will be secured and separated from the rest of the business.
The use of the internet domain will affect the processes of name resolutions because each domain will have a different name and have assigning of a different IP address. This way, the two domains relate with one another.
The process that was outline to make use of the ISDN could be improved. This is possible with use of integral parts of the ISDN line with security. This will enable the access and the use of the USDN to be safe.
Domain controllers changed
One of the domain controllers that will be changed is that of naming. This is because there is a need to have managed accounts and new users.
