According to "How To Improve Your Leadership Skills" leadership gives the opportunity to lead entrusted to subordinates in order to manage the company or department confidently and effectively. Only then it clarifies the understanding of the goals and direction, encourages people and move them to action, gives meaning and value in their daily activities. According to author the vision of the business is to be used as a tool for decision making in the process of selecting the company's management of alternative strategies. Competent and effective leadership leader provides clear instructions and subordinate points right course of action, “therefore, leadership skills are considered to be important traits which can help you get to the top of your career field” (Yan, 2012). Continuous rise to positions of leadership are often paired with hard work and constant self-improvement.

The decision to form a vision of business requires the entrepreneur to choose from several alternatives each of which is based on different assumptions about the realities of the business and its environment. The decision to change the business vision is associated with high risks and the need for adjustments in policies, goals and structure of the organization. Strategic vision, as a rule, designed with the exception of new industries or markets with high volatility and uncertainty, which does not allow a sufficient confidence to plan for the long term. So it should “ be abstract enough to encourage people to imagine it but concrete enough for followers to see it” (Javitch, 2009). Also it is necessary to evaluate a number of important parameters such as changes in the market segment in which the company operates, and their impact on the development of the company or the changing needs of customers that the company must meet. Formulation of vision cannot be successful as long as the stated goals and objectives will not understand and will not accept every employee.
