The Sex Workers Project offer better medical facilities including HIV tests to the prostitutes and sex workers. The venture also has a mobile wing to address the sex workers who demand high privacy. Such facility assist improved health conditions and enable them to witness care. According to Ms. Sibanyoni, a (ex-sex worker) nurse claims that women demand men to use condom during sex and it has resulted in decline in the infection cases. Ndlovu Care Group under the guidance of Dr. Hugo Tempelman benefits thousands of AIDS patients and created a better healing environment for them. The project is funded by the United States government that resulted in outstanding care and prevention of the disease. Doctors without Borders’ Ubuntu Clinic paved improved aura to defeat the disease by proving the patients with antiretroviral facilities. Doctors without Borders even work along with a covert manoeuvre managed by the native AIDS activists to enhance the prosperity of the patients.
All the information in the article is quite relevant with the present AIDS policies and stratagems that serve the patients around the African countries. However, the scientists and medical professionals need to implement solid strategies in order to make sure success in its eradication. But, there are some things that these professionals need to address like what is the impact of such strategies on the behavioural aspects of the patients? Do the patients need more effective drugs than the approaches? Such questions pull the current chords of the irritating epidemic.
There are certain limitations of our present knowledge regarding AIDS, and that is why we are unable to eradicate it surely. We need to devise naïve efficient methods to update our understanding regarding the disease. The research topic broadens scope of addressing the policies and approaches at social, political and scientific levels. The world countries, governments and other organizations need to furnish an aura of mutual understanding to establish better opportunities for scientific ad social research in order to address the concern of AIDS.
