It found out that individuals with heart infection were 40% less likely to laugh in most situations in comparison to their counterparts of the same age devoid of heart disease.
It is, therefore, necessary that, for a healthy and longer life, as well as success with relationships, every person should avoid stressing situations and try to create a smile and a voluntary laugh not only to his or her life but even to the life of others.
