The interview also concerns the ways in which the practitioner nurse handles various projects relating to the care of patients in the hospital. The aspects relating to the nursing care of the children is covered fully in relation to this interview. This project gives the questions relating to the role of the nurse in taking care of sick children focus and emphasis. The treatment and care of the young is an important aspect in the role of nurses because children require special care since they cannot talk about how they feel. The planning procedures by the Advanced Practitioner Nurse are also outlined in an interview in order to help understand the way in which the nurse plan their tasks and activities in the nursing homes or hospitals. The way the nurses carried out their activities are seen to show value addition to the lives of the patients and the clients they take care of. The interview also reflected the ability of the nurses to interact effectively with the patients in order to determine their problems and needs that require medical attention and care. Communication skills and negotiation aspects are also shown in the interview.
