In response for your request 0n 25th August, 2013, I have prepared a report that analysis the importance of establishing a working relationship with the fortune best 100 companies to work for in an effort to enhance our work of placement and helping the adult graduates to find jobs. I am pleased to present the enclosed report which analyzes and summarizes the viability of establishing working relationships with the Fortune best 100 companies to work
Based on my research, I recommend establishments of working relationships with the fortune bests 100 countries will be a great milestone in enhancing our jobs of finding jobs and placement for the young adult graduates. The report also summarizes the specific companies which the employment agency should engage with so as to get the first priority on any new opportunities that crops out. The report also shows that these companies have high opportunities for job growth as they have established growth and development in their human resource departments.

The report will explore the functions of the national employment and placement agency in helping young graduates to find placement and employment opportunities. It will also address the challenges that the agency encounters in seeking for the employment vacancies. The report also explores the relevance of establishing any relationships with the fortune 100 best companies to work for. The report will explain the main reasons why establishing working relationships with the fortune best 100 companies to work for might help the agency in finding employment and placement opportunities. The clients of the agency are mainly young adult graduates who have either graduated with a Bachelor’s degrees in Science or a Bachelor’s degree in Arts. The report also investigates the main companies among the fortunes 100 best companies in which the company should establish the specific close relationships and also highlights the main reasons such as the ability of the firms to have a rapid expansion with rapid opportunities available and the relevance of our clients skills with the skills required to work in these companies. The report also examines the potential employers of young graduates form Saint Leo University among these companies as well as the skills which they require for employing young graduates.
The expansion of the educational facilities ad specifically institutions of higher learning have seen the number of graduates from the universities and colleges increase by more than 100 % over the past one decade. However, the increase in the number of graduates does not match with the increase in the number of employers as economic turndown such as the global financial crisis have impacted the establishment and growth of businesses which provide employment opportunities for these young graduates. Due to increase in competition for the available jobs and increase in the specific requirements that employer’s require for the job seekers, the national employment agency has been effective in establishing the link between the job seekers and the employers by matching the skills of the workers with the skills required to work in the companies.
The increased number of job seekers and the limitation in the number of available opportunities have made it difficult for the agency to be efficient in seeking placement and employment opportunities for all its clients. As a result, it has become necessary for the employment agency to seek new ways of reaching out employers in order to make it easy for the agency to identify opportunities once they emerge.
This report will cover a survey of the fortunes bests 100 companies to work for and will only consider the statistics that are used by the fortune magazine to rank the companies. The report does not cover the importance of establishing viable relationships with the companies that are not listed in the fortune top 100 companies. These companies have also a significant number of employment opportunities available. The companies covered have their jurisdiction within the US and the Europe as it will be expensive to take workers for employment in other continents because of existence of strict conditions of employment for foreigners unless the employer has a an operational branch in the countries with its origin in the US
On mid of January 2013, the fortune magazine released a list of the top 100 companies to work for. The research conducted by the magazine considers the remuneration offered to workers, the terms and the conditions of work, the benefits such as medical and insurance benefits and the overall satisfaction of the workers while in the work. The magazine also published the growth rate of jobs among the companies. This was able to reveal the companies which have the potential of laying down their staff and those which have the potential of retaining their staff.
The limitations of this report includes the facts that among the companies surveyed, the report only considers the top 100 companies which are spread throughout the world. The report also relies on the statistics which were used by the fortune magazine to rank the companies which are prone to change over the year due to economic conditions and other external factors such political turmoil and which may reduce the jobs available or lead to the collapse of the companies which are already listed. The report also considers the relevance of establishing working with companies across all the industry where some may be of no help due to strict policies of retaining their staff at highs costs informs of compensations and failing to employ other staff which implies the companies do not have any jobs or placement opportunities that may be capitalized on by the agency
The organization of the report includes findings, recommendations and the necessary course of action that should be taken by the agency in expanding its job networking relationships.
The findings of the research included the following: The ranking of the fortunes magazines of the top 100 companies used the companies’ overall remunerations and the benefits that are paid to the workers. Benefits included the childcare, work life balance, telecommuting, sabbaticals and unusual perks. The most notable among the top 100 companies includes the Google company which was ranked as the best company, SAS, CHG Healthcare services, The Boston Consulting Group, Wegmans Food markets, NetApp, Hilcorp Energy Company, Edward Jones, Ultimate Software, Camden Property Trust, Qualcomm, DreamWorks Animation, Quicken Loans Inc., Robert W. Baird & Co. respectively with Quickens Loans Inc. have the highest job growth of 50.9%. These companies were found to have a relatively high number of employees with the actual rate of growth for the companies rising very fast.
It was found that establishing a viable relationships with the Forbes 100 companies will improve job placement and employment for our clients. The companies estimated costs of hiring employees were found to be around 7% to 20 % of the employees’ first semiannual year’s salary and thus these companies were incurring high costs of finding the right employees and interns for training in their work places. It was found out that establishing a working relationships with these companies will increase the chances of securing job opportunities and placement positions by 43% and many of them will prefer using our agency to link up with job seekers instead of advertising for the jobs available in the media.
The research also found out that the rate of job growth in the companies were high and thus they presented good opportunities for accommodating the high number of its clients seeking jobs.
It was found that matching of the skills required by different companies in the list with skills of job seekers required a specialized agency as the companies were spending too match money in advertising for specific positions. The agency would therefore be an ideal solutions for the company
Some of the top companies in the lists are potential employers for the graduates of Saint Leo University because of the nature of their industry which matches with the skills nurtured by students in Saint Leo University. Many graduates form the school of business, faculty of arts and social sciences would be able to secure job opportunities in these companies mainly those in the health industry and the corporate world. These companies such as Whole Foods Market, EOG Resources, Inc., CarMax, Microsoft Corporation, Baptist Health South Florida, Publix Super Markets, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Rothstein Kass, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Aflac, Inc.
The agency should establish specific relations with companies operating in the corporate world as well as the companies that employ social workers. This will include companies a s the meridian health, Pricewaterhouse coopers, Four seasons Hotel and resorts, Microsoft corporation, Whole foods markets the, CHG Healthcare Services, The Boston Consulting Group, Inc., Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. and the NetApp. These companies will provide great opportunities for the employment of the graduates of the Saint Leo University.
Establishments of good relations with these companies will provide the agency with an opportunity to seek job opportunities for its clients in some of the most reputable organizations which have good remunerations for its workers. The workers will also have an opportunity to develop their skills once they are absorbed in these organizations due to the widely available opportunities for growth and development.
With regard to the above findings and the recommendations, I would like to make a call to the top executives of the company and lay out strategies of reaching out the management of the identified companies so that viable relationships can be developed between our agency and these companies. It will also present an opportunity for the company to increase the coverage of the opportunities since the company will have an opportunity to seek employment opportunities across many companies in different industries. The agency will be able to benefits from first-hand information released by these companies regarding the available job opportunities and also it will be able to offer wide opportunities for placement because the rates of job growth in these companies is high. The top management of our employment agency should therefore adopt this report immediately and initiate the necessary measures to help in developing those relationships with immediate effect.
