The short term strategy of our company is based on the profound and deep analysis of the sensor industry. The analysis includes the research of the industry situation on the market and publication in Capstone Courier.
Within rounds 1-2 we will pay our attention to low-end and out of the size segments.
We will analyze the market and customers’ demands and improve our initial products (price, marketing, R&D, etc.) according to these demands.
We are planning to introduce new product within high-end segment during round 3-5 and make it highly competitive by not increasing its cost comparing to other products of the same quality on the market.
During the first year we need to gain as much profit as we can and then invest it in the categories that will reduce research and development time as well as monetary and human resources costs within next rounds.
LONG TERM STRATEGY
In our long term strategy we are going to continue working on the improvement of product quality and value while keeping the costs lower and meeting needs for operational capital.
There is a need to keep investing in decreasing research and development costs as well as decreasing marketing costs.
We are going to introduce new products in the traditional, low-end and high-end segments. At the same time we will try to direct our older products to fill the markets of smaller value.
