Introduction

Walshe and Rundall (2001) define evidence-based practice as the provision of medical services based on empirical evidence retrieved from thorough scientific research and the relevant characteristics of the patient. The aim of using such methods when making critical decisions about a patient is to eliminate risk and promote quality treatment (Murray & Lopez, 1996). This paper provides survey questions relating to the utilization of evidence-based health care methods in medical facilities.
