Introduction
Terrorism is a word that has been widely used to mean many things. It is not internationally agreed upon definition for terrorism (Williamson, 2009, p. 33). The oxford English Dictionary defines terrorism as the unauthorized use of violence and intimidation to achieve political aims. This definition, however, does not even scratch the surface of the issues referred to by the use of the word terrorism.
