There has been an increase in child intake at GEEC, and the total number of children admitted is far beyond what the current teaching staff can handle. The child-teacher ratio has increased and drastically reduced the individual attention given to children by their teachers. As the manager, we strongly encourage you to establish proper working conditions that favor your very capable team of workers to ensure their success. If you are able to do so, you can guarantee a safe and secure work environment for them that will benefit the children substantially.
