The example is how the National Aeronautics and Space Administration acted probe to the space shuttle accident that happened on January 28th 1986. This is when it exploded 73 seconds after liftoff. The technological knowledge of on how to deal with public issues led to the involvement of the various measures that saw to the airing of the specific accurate information to the public.
Another lesson is the importance of emergency services in the rescue of public crisis. This also highlights the importance that should be put into place in the requisite and the skills needed for counseling management. The example is illustrated by the way the NASA administrator Sean o’ Keefe appeared in the news briefing to report the emergence services and the relevant measures that were put into place to underscore the gravity of situation of the crisis.
