Abstract
The conducted research is aimed at indicating the impact of the healthy food on life of individuals. In order to attain the relevant data with highest level of accuracy the resources written by well-known scientists were used. The up-to-date methods of analysis were applied for the purposes of the study. Basically the research is based on comparing the different visions concerning the thesis stated and evaluating the role of some ideas in making final conclusions.
