Abstract
Psychological Operations or PSYOP are tactics are used to convey selected propaganda and information to specific foreign audiences, especially an enemy front, to expedite the process of defeat of the enemy forces by destroying the will of the enemy to show resistance, undermining the credibility of enemy leadership, spurring civil unrest in enemy regions, persuading enemy forces to surrender, reducing the interference of civilians in military operations, opposing enemy propaganda and boosting up acceptance of friendly forces in occupied territory.
