As the company undertakes corporate restructuring and therefore turns to outsourcing, we are downsizing about 5% of the employees from all departments. About 50% of the employees from production department are being terminated. We are deeply saddened to inform you that your position is one that will be eliminated. This termination doesn’t reflect on your inefficiency or any misconduct from your side.
Unfortunately, there is no provision for severance pay for your job category. But we would be pleased to provide you with a letter of recommendation, if you so request. It may be helpful in securing a position with another firm. We will keep your contact details in our records to contact you about future vacant positions. Moreover, our Human Resource Team will help you with the full and final settlement latest by 7th Mar’16. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
