Summary
This is an article based on exclusive research on increases in the relative abundance of mid-tropic level fishes concurrent with declines in apex predators in the subtropical North Pacific between 1996 and 2006. The topic of study is based on a sample of 13 most profuse species caught in the deep-set Hawaii situated in the long-line fishery for the past decade from 1996 to 2006.
