Agile Performance Management is a successor to the traditional performance management system. It has been designed to meet the needs of the new business world. The present world of work is more social, collaborative and faster moving. Therefore, there is a demand for a new performance management model that will provide a continuous monitoring of the process and cut down the drawbacks of the once in a year communication of performance measures. Agile Performance Management identifies the holes that are found in the traditional performance management system (Taticchi). It considers those strategies that do not work well with the present performance management, mends it and then powers it.
The business world is changing with globalization and technology development. It is expanding into the international market and has increased the number of operations.
