3. Likes and Dislikes
When I am home, I love to study and learn from self-improvement books such as those written by Mr. Jack Canfield (Chicken for the soul series) and Ms. Rhonda Byrne (The Power) etc. I like to read such books because they give me a thought stimulus and keep me moving ahead even in time of hardships when I am about to quit. These books provide me with a positive mental outlook and motivation to remain energetic to face every situation instead of running away from my challenges and problems.
At my workplace, I love to socialize with others and learn extensively from my mentors. I like it the most when I am invited to share my knowledge and feedback with my immediate managers. Also, it gives me a great pleasure when my team achieves a give task or target collectively. I like to speak to our customers and learn about their problems so that they could be resolved as soon as possible. These activities give me enough energy and motivation to increase my productivity at work and that is sufficient for my job satisfaction.
Because I am keen to learn business concepts and apply them, what I dislike the most is wasting my time and energies pursuing non-productive activities. As a professional, I have a dislike for dishonesty and keeping self-interests above those of others such as family and business stakeholders.
4. Strengths and Weaknesses
My greatest strength is that, all the time, I am geared towards learning and applying the best approach both at work and in my personal life. I always strive for implementing quality management techniques in every walk of life. Another greatest strength is that I keep my tasks, activities and resources organized. My problem solving skills are above average and I actively participate to the group’s success when working in teams. I keep my knowledge and skills updated so that the demand for my expertise remains in the market. As fr as my personality is concerned, I am honest, committed, persuasive, disciplined in my activities as well as extrovert. At work, others describe me highly demanding because I always demand a good quality work for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Apart from ym like and dislikes as well as strengths and weaknesses, I hold strong values with which I never compromise at any cost. I expect myself to remain ethical and honest with my profession as well as family and relatives (such as friends) in every situation. I try to see other persons’ situation he/she is going through for understanding their perspective before reacting negatively. I have a keen sense of developing myself and helping the community and my beloved country at large so that I contribute productively to the development process. Wherever I live, I hold strong values about protecting the people and environment which we are a part of.
According to my values, success is the progressive realization of worthy goal and objective. I seldom associate success with earning money. Instead, success to me is the achievement of any goal I set with the help of available authority and resources.
