Remember the Titans is a movie centered on group development. It is about a Virginia football team that fell under the direct effects of racial conquests. In essence, the school was composed of a team that was characterized by those whites and blacks. In this regard, a new coach for the team was in cooperated into the management of the affairs that was pertinent to the affairs of people. Mr. Boone was a black coach who was appointed to replace the incumbent white coach. However, his leadership in the school team could not yield the expected results from the fact that, some members of the Titan group felt that they would be underestimated and Valued at the expense of the black payers. In this case, what was the contesting instance was the position that, the issue of race was largely a contributing factor in the affairs of the game.
For these purposes, a white assistant coach was brought on board so as to center stage so as to administer for the interests of the white players. The perception of the members was geared towards making it as a team that was in place to represent the school. The final stage in group development is adjournment. At this stage, the group is ready to take part in activities that were purposed to be performed by it to the latter.
