Relationship between law and policy in healthcare
Health care law focuses on the judicial, executive and rules that govern the health care sector. The health care trade includes hospital systems, public and personal insurance system, pharmaceutical and drug making organizations; and therefore the individual practitioners who are involved in actual treatment of patients. All these various entities function inside a diverse and complicated rules and laws. All the practitioners, at one point or the other are trained in laws that guide the medical sector (Pozgar, 2011).
