Introduction The Constitution has always protected the privacy of citizens, but the increased advancement of technology is becoming a threat. Technology is threatening to redefine the privacy of individuals for it to operate efficiently. One of the inventions that have collided with the individual expectations of privacy, which are protected by the Fourth Amendment, is drones.
