PROJECT/PROGRAM & Primary Outcome: To ensure more people receive immunizations to prevent the spread of communicable diseases in Erie County Brief description: The prevalence of communicable diseases keeps increasing in Erie County because the community lacks proper education and awareness on appropriate immunizations to prevent the problem. A program to increase awareness on the issue was established to help reduce risks of communicable diseases and improve the quality of life and well-being of the community. The following OT evaluates the program to determine its success in achieving set goals.
