Each individual implicitly values his or her health and wellbeing because without sound health normal activities become impossible. Health refers to a state of being free from diseases and being wholly sound. “It is a state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. Physical health is a state of physical soundness in body because of regular exercises, proper nutrition, and sufficient rest (Seedhouse, 2001).
