Syl Tang definitely is in a tough position being a manager in this very situation that happened between Bob and Daniel. On the one hand, she is trying to finish the project on time to satisfy the clients, and on the other hand she has to organize the work of the employees in a way which everyone would find acceptable. However, Daniel is feeling anything but comfortable in this situation. And it is hard not to agree with him. I do not think Syl showed her best managerial qualities in the argument. ...
