If an entity has been affected, leaders should inspire and move other people in the right direction in order to solve the problem. Managers, on the other hand, are seen as coordinators, maintainers of a sound financial base of an organization and guiders of the activities of others (Kotter). In such a case, leaders will have the responsibility of moving the organization forward and turning it into a success. If they don’t complement, schools and colleges will function normally on a daily basis. This is because managers will be capable of running the schools. However, the future of these organizations will be at stake since leaders will be the ones to make these organizations successful.Management functions

Managers inculcate these two elements hence maximizing their output and that of their followers for success. They are unconcerned about individuals who take credit for success in the organization. They assist in mobilizing individuals towards confrontation of reality.
