Abstract:
This formal report focuses on self-reflection and the importance of personal development planning for students and managers. This focus underlines the necessity to define the concepts of self-reflection and Personal Development Planning and critically assess the ways they benefit students and managers. The report is divided into two primary sections: Self-reflection (1) and Personal Development Planning (2) that are, in their turn, subdivided into four and, respectively, three sub-sections.
