Abstract
This research examines the role of technology in the attainment of a higher quality of life and health in the 21st Century. The research focuses on the use of a wearable Apple Watch and its corresponding application in promoting health, quality of life, fitness and better lifestyles amongst wearers. The study identifies that Apple Watches provide a convenient way of getting information and electronic platform which is convenient and does not need two hands.
