Libratone intends to expand into Brazil introducing its two unique Zipp Speakers that use new technology. Because market entry is not an easy thing, it becomes necessary to investigate economic conditions that favor and challenge entry decision. The Euro Crisis had a significant impact on the US automotive Industry. This is because this crisis led to a decline in the automotive industry sales, and thus, impacted the overall economy of the country. This study focuses on the effects of the euro crisis on us automotive industry. As a result of the vastness of the automotive industry, this research is narrowed down to the three key automotive industries in US including Ford, Chrysler and General Motors (GM).
