I attended the Western Kansas Orchestra Festival concert on September 16th, 2015 at Garden City. The concert consisted of over 500 string players who were grouped into four main orchestras and was conducted by Cody Toll. The concert was completely sold out, and I was quite lucky to get a seat in the middle of the hall where I could see the whole stage and performances. Last month, there were group of foreigners who suddenly performed a street concert that promotes the awareness of other cultures towards Asian music. The musicians were Asians and played traditional Asian music. A huge crowd gathered in front of the street to watch them as they perform the exotic music from Asia. This is a romantic Nocturne composed by Chopin Frederic, He was born in 1810 and he concentrated more on composing piano Nocturnes. He was born in the year 1810 in Poland, he made his first composition at the age of 17. He however left for Paris at the age of 20 never to return.
