Abstract
Operating systems are pieces of software applications that run computer systems. Without operating systems, computer systems would not work effectively, and humans would find no use in them. Simply, operating systems is a collection of software applications that facilitate the management of computer resources and give an interface for computer applications to interact with hardware.
