Abstract

This paper explores the challenges faced by women in management positions in international organizations. In order to appropriately discuss the issue, background information on current related problems in the workplace environment is initially discussed. Introduction This report is an internship report that discusses the elements of my internship at the Oriental Garden AS, Norway. This is a Chinese restaurant in a major European city where there is a crosscut of cultures and identities of consumers.
