Introduction
Equity, equality and access are pertinent issues that have a considerable bearing on the education of K-12 school going pupils in the United States. The state of Pennsylvania has adopted strategies and policies tailored to ensure that students have equal access to educational facilities and resources (OpenCongress, 2014). This paper discusses the organizational structure and the structure of governance adopted by the state of Pennsylvania in addressing educational equality concerns.
