This report will analyze the strategic positioning of Comcast Corporation, an American based multinational company that offers television, cable TV and Internet services to its consumers, and come up with the best way of making the company as competitive and productive as possible. This paper will focus on the company’s internet service provision branch and analyze how well the company can do in the US market as well as on the global scale when compared to its rivals.
