This chapter gives an analysis of the results of the study to derive insights on why insider threats remains to be one of the leading and challenging security issues to deal with. The results of the study present a vague picture of what motivates insider threats in private organizations. This paper will summarize the proposed research methodology of my dissertation topic on gender discrepancies in regards to African-American education. There has been a noticeable, growing increase in the presence of African-American women in undergraduate and graduate education while the gap between African-American males and females has widened. The dissertation will use mixed methods, grounded theory perspective to determine why this is the case. All samples were found to be positive for the anti-Ro antibody with higher than 240 IU/ml, except Sample ID # 13 and 32, which showed lower concentrations (Figure 1.). These samples also exhibited occurrence of Smd and Dn respectively, albeit at low concentrations. Sample Id# 12 and 20 also showed presence of anti-La antibody.
