The purpose of this article is to provide simple solutions to digestive disorders that may cause an upset stomach. Bad food has been identified as one of the main causes of digestive disorders and other chronic conditions including celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease (Cohen 1).
