Introduction This report is an internship report that discusses the elements of my internship at the Oriental Garden AS, Norway. This is a Chinese restaurant in a major European city where there is a crosscut of cultures and identities of consumers. This report will focus on the theoretical knowledge acquired and the effectiveness of the training that was undertaken.
