Walgreens Boots Alliance, abbreviated as WBA is an American company with its base in Illinois. WBA owns Boots, Walgreens, and several other pharmaceutical companies worldwide. The company was formed in 2014 when Walgreen bought Alliance Boots (Guinzoni, 2015).
