Accountability: as a leader, one is supposed to be accountable for their actions and decisions. These are the facts and conditions that make a leader responsible and accountable for their actions and characters.

Authenticity: transparency and reality are the key factors that ensure a leader trustworthy.

Integrity: it is personal quality to uphold ethical, moral and principles as a leader. It is moral uprightness.

Vision and Missions: These personal values help in setting leadership goals, leadership development, and change.

Intentionality: The value of intentionality is developed through the setting plan, strategy, and action in setting an intentional and genuine effort of change. It is considered as deliberate and purposive effort to change.

Qualitative research, as defined by Thomas from the book of Sampa (2012), “involves gathering and interpreting information from the viewpoint of kinds of objects, ideas, or events” (as cited in Sampa, 2012, p.5). Qualitative research has five approaches, which are narrative research, phenomenology, grounded theory, ethnography, and case study.
